Stand in the middle of the room and imagine you are in a big river. The water comes from the front. You have to keep your body in a light tension, gripping a bit with your feet the earth, but also try to be as soft as possible in your body. Hold on for a few seconds and relax. Imagine that the river comes from another direction. Hold on for a few seconds and relax. Do these a couple of times and choose another corner from which the water comes. Imagine now that your skin is the river and do the same exercise.
